Our Lambs are raised on green lush pastures where they can run and leap and eat to their hearts content; with their moms close at hand. Our sheep follow the cows around and do as they will. We bring them into the fold at night (Or they would be coyote bait) and let them out again in the morning. They are never given grain, or treated with antibiotics, or injected with growth hormones. We slaughter around seven to eight months. In my opinion pasture raised Lamb is leaner, tender and more flavorful. Pre-order your pasture raised Lamb today. |
